NORTH COUNTRY SPCA Spay/Neuter Incentive Program
What is SNIP?
The Spay/Neuter Incentive Program provides vouchers to offset the costs of spay and neuter for the community. This program is made possible through fundraising efforts and generous donors.
Please be advised that we have modified our voucher process and eligibility criteria effective February, 2021.
SNIP Criteria:
- Applicant must be an Essex County resident
- Low-income based
- Veterinarian appointment must be scheduled prior to receipt of voucher
- Vouchers have a 60-day expiration from date of issue
To complete an application for a SNIP voucher, please download and print out the application from the link below. Please submit your completed application and income verification to the NCSPCA, PO Box 55, Elizabethtown, NY 12932 or email to wendy@ncspca.org. Please allow 7-10 days for processing time. Approved vouchers must be picked up at the shelter within one week of approval.
