PLEASE REMEMBER: Should you come across a stray dog in your neighborhood or while you are out enjoying the weather, you must call the Dog Control Officer for that town. If you can't find the number online, please reach out to that town office for more information. Dog Control Officers are trained to safely transport dogs and may even know something about the dog that you have found.

Please note that we are CLOSED on MONDAYS. Also, please be aware that we do not routinely respond to Facebook messages or petfinder inquiries. To reach us in an efficient manner, please call us at 518-873-5000 during our regular hours or send an email. We get very busy with the daily shelter routine but will return your call or respond to your email as soon as we are able to. Thank you.

Stephie wants you to know that we are currently looking for a Full-Time Animal Care Technician to help take care of all her friends here at the NCSPCA. Please stop by the shelter to learn more about us or email wendy@ncspca.org for an application.
